I love the shading and the detail here....CUTE DRAGON
Though I love how you did hes face there is like some details missing, it just feels like he is made out of sections, and actual wyverns don't work like that, it would make them be less flexible + that is not how Shenlong works, only hes bottom part is divided, the rest of hes back is a slick, one piece looking piece of flesh covered on scales, also you could have added more deph into the actual character by spinning hes body(more through the middle side of hes body) around a little bit.
But this is just an opinion, and
